About You

In this role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

  • Analyze and support Customer Logistics operations to ensure effective service execution and performance.

  • Monitor logistics and service KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial, Operations) to support end‑to‑end customer solutions.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational and business decision‑making.

  • Support the identification of root causes for service or logistics issues and contribute to corrective actions.

  • Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Act as a point of support for senior analysts and managers, contributing insights and recommendations based on data.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience in Customer Logistics, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related analytical/operational role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).

  • Experience working with KPIs, reports, and basic performance analysis.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and collaborative environments.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); must be comfortable handling client calls and problemsolving in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multinational, regional, or shared service environments.

  • Exposure to continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to different stakeholders.
