- Provide customer service via email and over the telephone.
- Process sales, demo, and accommodation orders, as well as tracking shipments.
- Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
- Process customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims.
- Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
- Function as a backup CFL Advocate for when necessary.
- As needed assist with processing whole goods warranty credit and replacements for our wholesale distributor customers.
- 2 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
- Strong written and pleasant verbal communication skills.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
- 9/80 work week schedule (EVERY OTHER FRIDAY OFF!)
