Customer Issue Resolution Analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst/Account Recievable clerk , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Manages end-to-end Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) activities for assigned U.S. and Canada accounts, resolving payment issues, delinquencies, and complaints to improve overall customer experience.
Conducts detailed root-cause analysis on disputes and overdue balances, implementing preventive actions and driving improvements in accounts receivable performance.
Serves as the primary customer contact, delivering strong communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings while ensuring accurate, timely collections.
Partners cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer service, and logistics to resolve escalations, disputed items, and AR-impacting issues, ensuring compliance with credit policies.Analyzes payment trends using SAP, Excel, and Power BI, maintains comprehensive CIR documentation, and recommends process enhancements that reduce AR and improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher AND 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable positions with B2B client interaction.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required
Fluent in written and spoken English communication C1
Proven experience in B2B collections and Accounts Receivable dispute management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Reporting
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal soft skills.
Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and the ability to support or influence change management efforts.
Experience leading or contributing to Lean Sigma projects, cross-functional initiatives, or equivalent continuous improvement activities.
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asunción Site at least 1 day per week)
