The Role

The Customer Issue Resolution Team (CIRT) Specialist serves as a key liaison across multiple internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Client Account Executives (CAEs), and Vice Presidents. In this role, the specialist is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving client concerns in a timely and thorough manner, with the overarching goal of enhancing the client experience with MedRisk and its affiliates. The CIRT Specialist is expected to conduct comprehensive research into all reported inquiries and maintain ownership of each case through full resolution. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a broad understanding of all MedRisk departments, and in-depth knowledge of the claim's lifecycle and internal workflows.The CIRT Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Scheduling, Customer Advocacy, and Bill Processing to facilitate issue resolution and foster stronger internal partnerships — efforts that directly contribute to an improved and consistent client experience.
