Position Summary
The Customer Intelligence Manager is responsible for transforming customer, market, and performance data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role develops analytics, reporting, customer segmentation, and lead generation capabilities that enable business leaders, sales teams, and marketing partners to better understand customers, identify opportunities, and improve business performance. This position manages customer intelligence processes and enterprise analytics initiatives but does not have direct people management responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise customer intelligence reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
Analyze customer, product, channel, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable business insights.
Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business narratives, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
Design and execute customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies to support growth, retention, and relationship expansion.
Develop and govern sales and marketing lead generation programs utilizing internal and third-party data sources.
Partner with business leaders, sales teams, marketing teams, and product owners to define analytical requirements and solve complex business problems.
Conduct customer, market, and competitive intelligence analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Measure campaign, sales, and customer performance through attribution, ROI analysis, KPI monitoring, and trend reporting.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to governance standards across customer intelligence reporting and analytical assets.
Identify and implement new data sources, analytical techniques, and business intelligence capabilities that enhance organizational decision-making.
Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

Qualifications

- Experience developing dashboards, analytical reporting, and executive-level presentations.
Experience utilizing customer, transactional, and third-party data to develop actionable insights and business recommendations.
Experience supporting lead generation, customer segmentation, sales enablement, marketing analytics, or growth initiatives preferred.
Financial services, banking, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations.
Ability to write routine reports, simple-to-business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to effectively speak, respond to questions, and present information to the following: one-on-one /small groups, customers, employees, clients, managers, top management, board of directors, and the general public.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field. Masters degree strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, customer analytics, customer intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
