Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of customer insights in the pharmaceutical industry? We're looking for a dynamic intern to join our Customer Insights team within the Pharma portfolio of Informa Markets.

Internship Details:
We are looking for candidates who can start the internship as soon as possible (May 2025) for a duration of either 3 or 6 months. As this is a learning internship, it is mandatory for candidates to be enrolled in a university until the completion of the internship, with a major related to the internship field.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Insights Intern, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the pharma market. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Create Engaging Surveys: Design clear, relevant surveys using Qualtrics to gather feedback on event themes and speaker preferences.

  2. Analyze Data That Matters: Dig into survey results from Qualtrics and Explori to uncover customer behaviors and market trends.

  3. Craft Compelling Reports: Turn data into actionable insights with eye-catching visualizations.

  4. Explore Market Dynamics: Help us understand our market, competitors, and customer segments.

  5. Keep an Eye on Competitors: Monitor competitor events and identify ways we can stand out.

  6. Track Social Media Trends: Find influential voices in pharma and analyze their impact.

  7. Contribute to Key Projects: Help with customer segmentation, product positioning, and marketing strategies.

  8. Master Essential Tools: Get hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, and other analytical software.

  9. Work Across Teams: Collaborate with marketing and sales to align insights with our goals.

  10. Never Stop Learning: Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

  11. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help with admin tasks like purchase orders and event logistics.

Qualifications

  • You're currently studying Marketing, Business, Market Research, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You're passionate about analytics, research, or marketing.

Additional Information

This is an opportunity for 6months starting 1st Sep 2025.

Please note that as an intern, you will be provided with guidance and supervision, and your contributions will be valuable in supporting the lead generation team's efforts. Your role will focus on assisting with various tasks related to lead generation and campaign execution.
