Customer Insights Analyst CMUEl Customer Insights Analyst CMU (Customer Market Understanding) se enfoca en el análisis de datos de mercado para generar insights que impulsen la toma de decisiones comerciales. Será responsable de analizar tendencias, precios, distribución, sell in/sell out y competencia, transformando datos en recomendaciones accionables.Resposabilidades del rol
- Todas las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a lo descrito a continuación.
- Analizar datos de mercado, consumidores y competencia.
- Generar reportes e insights para decisiones de negocio.
- Identificar tendencias, oportunidades y riesgos.
- Realizar benchmarking competitivo.
- Automatizar reportes (Excel, Power BI).
Requerimientos.
- Licenciatura en Estadística,Marketing, Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas aplicadas o afín
- 4–6 años en análisis de mercado o datos.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI.
- Deseable: Python y SQL
- Experiencia con Nielsen (Scantrack, Retail, Pricetrack) e ISCAM
- Perfil analítico, con pensamiento crítico y buena comunicación
Competencias.
- Iniciativa.
- Orientado al detalle.
- Capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos y realizar múltiples tareas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y tomar decisiones acertadas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Manejo de motores de búsqueda, analítica web y herramientas de investigación de negocio, así como conocimiento adecuado de métodos de recolección de datos.
