We develop everything in-house from our Tilburg office, and we are growing fast! To support our growth, we are splitting our customer journey into specialized teams.

Your role

As a Customer Implementation Manager, you are the ultimate project owner of getting our new clients successfully launched. You step in right after the sales process and guide our clients through the entire technical setup and onboarding journey.

You are the vital link bridging the gap between a client's commercial goals and the technical reality. Your goal? Make sure the Neoday platform is fully integrated, the data is flowing perfectly, and the client’s team knows exactly how to use our system. You get them set up and running, so our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) can step in and help them fly!

What you’ll do
  • Own the Project Plan: Lead internal and client kick-offs, define the scope, and manage timelines to ensure a smooth launch.

  • Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the main translator between the client's commercial ambitions and our internal Product and Tech teams' technical requirements.

  • Guide the Technical Integrations: Manage the connection between Neoday and the client’s POS providers and architecture. You’ll make sure we receive all the necessary data for their loyalty programs to work flawlessly.

  • Guarantee Data Excellence: Ensure high standards of data integrity and system architecture to provide a clean "launchpad" for the Customer Success team to drive strategic growth.

  • Drive the Onboarding: Set up the client’s instance, configure support centers, and conduct platform training and demos so the client feels confident using our product.

  • Collaborate on Program Design: Work closely with the CSM team, while they own the strategic design and KPIs of the loyalty program, you’ll help provide the data input and technical feasibility to make their ideas a reality.

What you bring
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, SaaS Implementation, or B2B Onboarding.

  • Tech-Savvy Commercial Awareness: You don't need to be a developer, but you understand data flows, SDKs, and POS integrations, and you understand how these impact the client's business goals. Hands-on technical experience (like working with APIs) is a big plus!

  • Clear Communicator: You can explain technical steps in a simple, human way and keep everyone (from marketing directors to tech leads) aligned and on schedule.

  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English. Speaking Dutch, German, French, or Italian is a fantastic bonus!

  • Personality: Proactive, organized, highly energetic, and you love solving puzzles to get a project across the finish line.

Skills Required
