Sanofi is seeking a skilled individual that can lead the path towards our ambitions. This role demands challenging the status quo and driving implementation with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings energy, creativity as well as expertise in cardiovascular and marketing spheres.

As Customer Growth, you will work with cross-functional members in a dynamic agile structure (including Commercial, Medical, Omnichannel, Customer facing, Access, Public Affairs, etc. and global teams) to prepare a solid strategy, with focus to patients, to keep accelerating the growth of our best-in-class asset. Reporting to the Head of EP Growth Iberia, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Sanofi while making a significant difference in peoples' lives.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Participating to the creation of the brand strategy (Integrated Growth Plan), providing insights on patients & clients targets, including customer segments and personas

  • Align product strategy to patients needs to offer a differentiated value proposition for the segment/specialty in a cross-functional manner

  • Lead the campaign strategy for each customer segment/specialty within the IGP and the CE Plan, in close cross-functional collaboration

  • Align the One GenMed roadmap with other Customer Growth Leads: coordinate and prioritize campaigns and initiatives for GenMed segments/specialties

  • Plan and organize local programs, symposiums, congresses

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing activation, customer experience, customer satisfaction, and Sanofi's image in the segment/specialty

  • Collect customer insights in a structured way through relationships with HCPs/KOLs to improve customer knowledge

  • Responsible for building win-win strategies for collaboration with SANOFI with Medical Societies, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams: co-creation and development of initiatives that add value to patients and hcps in line with the product strategy

  • Leadership in the content strategy: creation/adaptation of Glocal content (including modular content), including across channels and its communication to the field

  • Guarantee A&P adherence and execution

 

About you

Experience & Education

·       5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry in Commercial/Marketing or related roles

·       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree (MBA and/or advanced medical/pharmaceutical degree) preferred

·       Experience in Cardiovascular sphere is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal

  • Ability to collaborate with a range of different functions at Global and country level to achieve outcomes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication of information and recommendations at management level as well as global and cross-functional communication

  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic, motivated professional with a “can do” attitude, willing to work in a new innovative environment, able to achieve measurable results in a given timeline

Technical skills

  • Ability to synthesize complex and diverse inputs to a problem and recommend solutions

  • Ability to take data-driven decisions on priority segments and initiatives for growth (based on customer needs)

  • Scientific acumen

  • Experience of external / customer interactions

  • Creativity and ability to produce & implement innovative and original ideas
