Our magic lies in our team of proud payments nerds. Spanning over 50 nationalities across 10+ global locations, our diverse cultures aren't a checklist; they are the competitive advantage driving our innovation. This is a people-first, high trust environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make a massive impact, own your work end-to-end, and grow through broad exposure, meaningful challenges, and continuous learning. We get things done, challenge respectfully, put the customer first, and recognise that our biggest successes are those we create as a team. If you’re ready to leave your footprint on global commerce, join us.
We’re looking for a Customer Funds Reconciliation Analyst to join our Financial Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our global teams, making sure our customer funds and cost of sales are tracked, analyzed, and perfectly accounted for.
If you love puzzle-solving, numbers, and working with people from all different cultures, we’d love to talk to you.
What you'll do:
Own the reconciliations: Work closely with our accounting and reporting teams to keep a clear eye on customer funds and cost of sales.
Problem-solve variances: When things don’t match up, you’ll dig into the data, figure out why, and fix it—helping us understand our own processes better along the way.
Make things faster and better: Find ways to speed up our internal reporting and build better templates for analyzing customer funds.
Support the business: Keep our financial controls and KPIs up to date, and be a helpful point of contact for our account managers when they have reconciliation questions.
Collaborate globally: Work with partners across different departments to figure out what they need, listen to feedback, and help implement better ways of working.
Keep things secure: Handle all accounting and recon data with total confidentiality and fairness.
What you'll bring:
The basics: A degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics—or at least 2 years of solid experience working in finance or accounting.
Languages: You need to be fully comfortable leading meetings and presentations in English. You also need advanced spoken and written Spanish (being able to speak it fluently is a great bonus).
Tech comfort: You aren't intimidated by jumping between different systems and software and may have the ability to code (we use systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, big query, Excel, Power Query, Python).
A sharp eye: You genuinely enjoy investigating numbers and figuring out the "why" behind data.
Cool under pressure: You can manage tight deadlines without losing your footing, especially during the busy month-end close.
A team player: You’re resilient, adaptable, and happy working with remote, global teams.
