The Customer Fulfilment Associate position is part of the Customer Fulfilment Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales fulfillment inquiries.
- Process customer purchase orders accurately in the company’s CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate delivery of software licenses, subscriptions, or cloud service activations.
- Generating software by using pre-configured scripts and pre-defined set of commands
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by delivering correct software entitlements on time.
- Communicating internally across departments and externally to partners, customers and suppliers, also handling escalations
- Track fulfillment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree related field or equivalent experience in Customer Support/Care, business administration or logistics
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM tool is a plus
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Linux command line is a plus
- High attention to detail
- A strong sense of urgency, and relentless commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a “can do” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
