Build, deploy, and operate cloud-based anti-piracy systems on AWS. Manage and troubleshoot production environments, automate repetitive work, maintain runbooks, perform root cause analysis, manage network/security/identity services, test releases, and drive excellent customer-facing operations.

Provide technical and commercial pre-sales support by translating customer requirements into content-security and anti-piracy solutions, producing proposals, demos, trials, and quotes; liaise with Product, Engineering and Sales; coach sales team; gather market and competitive feedback; configure integrations and proofs-of-concept; travel to customer sites as needed.
