Installs, configures, deploys, monitors, and troubleshoots complex application, database, Linux, network, and containerized systems. Performs root-cause analysis, manages incidents within SLAs, creates automation and knowledge-base content, validates product releases, and develops product expertise while collaborating with engineering, product, professional services, and sales teams.

Provide technical and commercial pre-sales support by translating customer requirements into content-security and anti-piracy solutions, producing proposals, demos, trials, and quotes; liaise with Product, Engineering and Sales; coach sales team; gather market and competitive feedback; configure integrations and proofs-of-concept; travel to customer sites as needed.
