As our Customer Experience Strategy Intern, you will…
As a Customer Experience (CX) Strategy Intern, you’ll join a team that puts people at the center of business strategy by working across disciplines to advocate for and improve the customer experience. You’ll meet all kinds of people who help bring great CX ideas to life. Designers, strategists, project managers, and account executives will show you how projects get from planning to execution in an agency. You’ll be partnered with a CX strategist who you’ll join for research, design, and strategy projects throughout the summer.
Get excited to be part of real work for real clients, and to come work in-person at our office in Boston twice a week.

- A collaborative work style
- Self-driven work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and creativity
