Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

What you'll do
Communicate with clients in English/Bulgarian
Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email
Help clients get acquainted with our app
Troubleshoot account-related issues
Channel client’s feedback
Working on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts
