- Analyze the sales channels, customer behavior, satisfaction, and pain points through observation, surveys, and feedback analysis
- Calculate and analyze customer complains to improve customer retention %
- Collaborate with stakeholders' operations, merchandising, and design teams to optimize the Online environment and customer journey
- Review the customer complaints and customer negative feedback from all channels
