The Customer Experience Engineer for Kardex AutoStore will maintain and enhance the functionality of the office demo system, learn and integrate new technology added to the Customer Experience Center, and deliver engaging product demonstrations to customers. This role involves hands-on management of demo equipment, developing a deep understanding of Kardex AutoStore technology, and collaborating with marketing to support trade show and other promotional activities. The Customer Experience Engineer will ensure that all demonstrations showcase the capabilities and benefits of Kardex AutoStore solutions, providing an exceptional experience to prospective clients.
Your tasks

- Maintain the demo system in the office to ensure it is always operational and ready for customer visits.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technology added to the Customer Experience Center, keeping skills and knowledge up to date.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, highlighting key features and benefits of Kardex AutoStore solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Provide on-site technical assistance at events, ensuring that the demo equipment is set up, operational, and effective in engaging potential customers.
- Serve as a resource for customers and stakeholders, delivering exceptional support and facilitating a seamless customer experience.
Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical customer support, product demonstration, or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience conducting live product demos.
- Familiarity with automation systems, warehouse technology, or similar products is a plus.
