We have exciting opportunities for full-time Customer Experience Representatives to join our team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll be a trusted voice for our customers - delivering meaningful experiences and helping them feel confident when shopping with us.
In this role, you’ll build valuable skills and gain exposure across the business, with opportunities to grow your career within Pattison Food Group.
Our full-time position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) between the operating hours of:
Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
You will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer service experience through phone and email.
Listening, understanding, and resolving customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
Helping customers navigate our online shopping experience and tools.
Documenting and tracking compliments, concerns, complaints, requests for assistance, product, and service inquiries.
Partnering with our ecommerce and store teams to resolve order-related questions.
Assisting customers with our More Rewards loyalty program.
Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.
Capturing feedback that helps us continuously improve.
You have:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Proficiency with computer applications and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Previous call center experience is an asset.

Compensation Details:
$45,356.00 - $56,695.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
