The Role
This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience by serving as the first line of support for all client enquiries. It ensures accurate, consistent, and timely responses while owning response times, triaging tasks efficiently, and driving effective resolution of daily client requests.
What You'll be Doing
Professionally manage incoming calls and tickets via 3CX and Freshdesk, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Product & Tech, Media, Service Activations) to resolve artwork, system, template, and reporting issues.
Manage system and data updates, including artwork uploads and pricing adjustments.
Support billing and invoicing investigations, ensuring accurate processing of credits and fees.
Conduct initial troubleshooting across system, portal, CRM, and product issues, escalating where required.
Provide publication support for NZ clients in collaboration with Media teams.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and perform well in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in customer support and communication software, including Freshdesk and 3CX.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
