We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Experience Officer to join our team 2-3 days per week. This varied role combines customer service, administration and finance support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating requests and keeping processes running smoothly.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will play an important role in supporting customer service delivery, finance administration and contract compliance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and coordinate customer service requests through to resolution
• Provide administrative support across contract operations and reporting
• Raise purchase orders and support accounts payable processes
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Monitor customer experience performance and assist with reporting
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Support compliance with contract requirements, policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or finance support role
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Experience using financial systems and processing invoices or purchase orders
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
• Experience with JDEGS or similar financial systems will be highly regarded.
