Customer Experience Intern

This person will work in our São Paulo office assisting with the post-sales process of our language courses abroad. You will play a important role in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers by assisting in various post sales tasks, including payment processing, providing detailed information about the next steps before the trip, facilitating visa processes, providing pre-departure information, confirming travel plans, managing communication with overseas schools, and managing crisis situations. All of this while working with the management team to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities are:
Payment Processing:
- Monitor the process of receiving customer payments and ensure accuracy and punctuality.
- Assist customers with various payment methods and resolve any payment concerns or issues.
Next Steps and Pre-Departure Information:
- Support customer communication, ensuring that detailed information about the next steps for language courses is clearly understood.
- Assist in monitoring the customer journey regarding essential documentation, such as visa application, medical forms, and insurance requirements, acting as a focal point for support.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and safety by ensuring full understanding of the necessary preparations and timelines before the departure date.
Visa Processes:
- Collaborate with customers to gather necessary visa information and documents.
- Assist customers in accurately and efficiently completing visa applications.
Confirmation of Travel:
- Support the client in confirming logistical plans, assisting with the verification of flight details, accommodations, and airport transfers.
- Contribute to monitoring the distribution of travel documents, ensuring all essential documentation is delivered to the client within established deadlines.
- Aid in handling changes, acting as support in resolving concerns, rebookings, or cancellations in travel plans.
Communication with Schools Abroad:
- Establish and maintain regular communication channels with our schools abroad.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Administration, Tourism and related fields.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Ability to manage Office Package
- Ability to manage Microsoft Office Suite.
