Key Responsibilities 

• Supports Customer Experience team’s delivery of a positive customer experience 
• Gets involved in end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams
• Assists opportunities for new customers, lost or inactive accounts as well as regular accounts (conducting campaigns and sales promotions across customer opportunities)
• Helps with all products and services sold to the customer to maximize profitability
• Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore Global Service Center teams
• Has a full understanding of customers' business drivers, needs and requirements
• Supports sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting
• Handles incoming customer services queries, issues and exception management
       
We are looking for:

• New grads open to internship opportunities / 4th year Undergraduate degree students available 5 days a week for a duration of 6 months

• Fluency in Turkish and English
