MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● Has strong verbal, written and comprehension skills
● Competent in use of MS products/ Google and call centre tools
● Has critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
● Can multitask and has high attention to details
● Is self-motivated, can work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams
● Is flexible and can quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
● Analytical and process driven but a nimble learner with the ability to adapt quickly when circumstances require it
● Willing to work on shifting schedules
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
● Experience working in a financial technology/banking account (US Region)
● Has at least 6 months voice support experience/12 months any industry experience
