JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every email, call or chat as measured by different performance metrics.
ACCOUNT / CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION
Workwear Group supplies work uniforms in Australia. The customer service team here in MNL is responsible for answering queries via phone calls, email and chat channels.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

0-6 mos BPO experience (Customer Service is desirable but other sector/LOB is also accepted i.e. TSR, Chat/Email/Order Entry etc.)

Can understand instructions in English and must be able to converse using the same language both in written and verbal forms.

Willing to render OT/RDOT even with short notice.

Willing to work onsite (Wilcon, Makati) 5 days a week
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

1 year to 2 years BPO experience gained from a customer service or order entry
