We currently have a great opportunity for the position of Customer Experience Coordinator. The key function of this role is to manage customer enquiries, escalate feedback whilst continuing to enhance the customer experience for our customers. This position will interact with a variety of internal functions to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of import & export services, whilst maintaining proactive and responsive communications with all parties. The role will cover accounting and clerical tasks related to Accounts Receivables (AR) function, as well as assisting with other accounting and administrative-related tasks when required.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage LARA Export Bookings, Documentation and load preparation
  • Assist with bookings for AUSPAC /NZ / Island Ports (Noumea/ Port Vila/Nauru/Honiara/Wallis)
  • Manage Fiji Water bookings
  • Coordinate Transhipment permit, documentation, bookings with Imports team
  • Finalize bills, invoices for call closure
  • Send constant booking summary to Bookings for planning purposes
  • Notify customers of vessel schedules and cargo receival
  • Manage cargo express release without any delays
  • Handle general enquires from customers
  • All other tasks assigned by direct report

Qualifications

  • At a minimum, a F7 Pass
  • 3 - 5 years shipping / freight experience in similar position
  • Team player with positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated adaptability to work to changing deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • CargoWise Super User
  • Proficient training experience in CargoWise
  • Effective Time management and planning skills
