Neptune Pacific operates market leading brands in shipping and logistics services across 18 Pacific Island markets. It is the largest carrier in its core Pacific Island markets operating eight container ships and servicing 18 Pacific Island nations.
The position of Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing a high standard, timely and accurate coordination of all customer service processes relating to PFL liner shipping, NVOCC and freight forwarding services for internal and external customers, suppliers, and service providers. This position will interact with all PFL functions across the South Pacific region.
Job Description- Ensure a high level of service delivery and positive customer experience for all customers for sea and air freight
- Provide accurate and up to date schedule information to customers and service providers
- Manage end to end booking process for both sea and air freight
- Manage cargo call down procedures
- Maintain and circulate updated booking information daily
- Arrange transport and assist customers with customs paperwork and entries
- Timely and efficient processing of documentation including but not limited to import and export documents, bills of lading, waybills, air waybill, arrival notices, delivery orders, calculate freight and charges, issue invoices and receipt payments
- Ensure accurate receipting of payments and verification and coding of supplier invoices within defined timeline
- Provide cross-functional support for all trades and operational functions of PFL with a focus on continued business development
- Other tasks as required

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Demonstrable experience in customer service seafreight and airfreight services
- Pre-existing knowledge of PFL trades desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and pro-active team player
- Continuous learner with strong work ethic

- Experience in Cargo Wise is advantageous
