Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As our Customer Expansion & Lifecycle Manager, you'll take ownership of how we grow revenue within our existing customer base, building and scaling the systems, campaigns and playbooks that drive expansion across regions.

You'll join Customer Marketing, a team focused on driving growth through existing accounts, and you'll also build out our lifecycle marketing approach from the ground up, covering onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in flows, triggers and pipeline rather than positioning documents, and who's ready to build the systems and playbooks that other teams will use. You'll work closely with sales, account management, marketing automation and customer success teams to make this happen.

What you'll do

  • Own and scale segment expansion campaigns, including account pools, segmentation logic, target prioritization based on value and risk, cadence and sender strategy
  • Run structured account-based marketing programs on named key accounts in partnership with customer growth and regional teams
  • Design the post-sale lifecycle model covering onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal, starting this function from zero
  • Build trigger-based customer journeys based on product and account signals, working with marketing automation and cross-functional partners
  • Identify at-risk accounts through churn-signal response and run the corresponding marketing motion
  • Turn proven motions into playbooks that regional teams can run independently, supporting them through first execution
  • Own reporting on expansion pipeline contribution, including influenced pipeline, opportunity count and progression

What makes you a strong fit

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with ownership of revenue-generating programs
  • Experience running campaigns that fed a pipeline number you were directly accountable for
  • Comfortable working directly with sales or account management teams
  • Strong data and segmentation instinct, able to build an account pool from a messy export, prioritize targets by business value and risk, and defend that logic
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce and a journey or orchestration tool)
  • Able to design a full program, not just execute a single campaign
  • Clear, structured writer, since this role produces playbooks other teams will rely on
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience with existing-customer growth, such as cross-sell, upsell, expansion or lifecycle marketing
  • Exposure to AI-assisted marketing workflows
  • Additional languages
