Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Execution Manager - Wet Dog. Sitting at the nerve center of commercial execution, this role acts as critical connector bridging strategic data and diagnostics, portfolio vision, and on-the-ground sales execution. This role will help sales planning translate insights in to actionable retail plans, and shape the field sales blueprint for seasonal and key drive period activation.
This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Category Management, Sales planning
- Successful experience building collaborative relationships within immediate team and across key stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex data sources to develop and influence strategy and execution
- Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Circana)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Turn Insights in to Action
- Translate market data into executional growth playbooks, scenario models, and brand/retailer recommendations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track business performance against key objectives leveraging data products such as Nielsen and Mars internal reporting tools.
Champion Launch Excellence
- Own the blueprint for our seasonal planning and commercial launches.
- Collaborate with portfolio teams on how to bring our brands to life in display execution
Empower Our Field Teams
- Build, refine, and deliver tools and resources our field teams need to build deeper retail partnerships and accelerate growth.
- Link portfolio and central teams with field teams on executing retailer meetings with excellence
Optimize the Blueprint
- You will continuously audit, refine, and govern our internal processes to eliminate friction and elevate how we work cross-functionally.
