Schedule- Tuesday – Thursday:10 AM-7 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: OFF
- Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
- Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally
