What We're Looking For:​

Are you ready to take a step up in your customer service career in a dynamic global business? We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Project Sunrise team and drive customer engagement for the successful upgrade of SMB clients from 2G/3G units to 4G technology. In this role, you'll facilitate seamless transitions for our customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and contributing to the success of the Project Sunrise initiative.​

About the Role:​

As EROAD expands globally, we are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to engage with small and medium-sized business customers, providing them with key information and quotes to upgrade their current devices to 4G units. Join us in an exciting role where you can make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the future of telecommunications technology. ​

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating customer outreach, following up on installations, and ensuring timely, effective communication between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues.​

Skills and Experience:​

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. You may come from a telecommunications or technical background and possess skills such as:​

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities​
  • Experience with CRM software and customer-facing roles​
  • A customer-focused attitude with a keen attention to detail​
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively​
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team​
