Job Description
This is a part-time, contractor opportunity until December 31, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Lead the in-person implementation of Paper’s GROW high-impact tutoring programs, including coordinating onsite logistics, conducting training sessions, and ensuring students are effectively onboarded and supported.
Facilitate in-person or virtual enablement training that educate teachers and administrators about Paper and/or GROW implementation at the classroom and site level.
Grow and nurture relationships with administrators and teachers on the ground by providing quality support and resources
Help expand our grassroots approach to high-impact tutoring and district-wide engagement
Required Qualifications:
Must reside on the East Coast
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of a major airport to support travel requirements.
Demonstrated experience leading in-person program implementation, including logistics coordination and on-site execution.
Proven ability to facilitate engaging, effective training sessions for educators or adult learners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during live implementations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with district leaders, teachers, and students.
Has 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
Has working knowledge of K-12 education industry
Has laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes (developing slide decks, presenting to districts, communicating cross-functionally)
A self-starter who loves a challenge and a strong team player who loves to collaborate

Experience working in a K-12 school district
Experience leading professional development within a district
Location: East Coast. This role will support multiple school districts across the region. These individuals must have their own transportation and a valid driver’s license as this role requires considerable travel. Travel territory will be dependent on business needs.
Travel: Approximately 70% of the role requires travel to district sites to support in-person program implementation. Travel includes transportation via car and/or flights.
Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time. This is an as-needed contract role; weekly hours may vary and are not fixed. Customer Engagement Specialists will have the ability to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel. Mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel.
