Head, India Operations Center - AUYour role and responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with division teams & INOPC(India Operations Center) teams to effectively demonstrate INOPC capabilities to global stakeholders & customers & increase value creation for INOPC. You will also be playing a crucial role in identifying, developing partnerships with ecosystem partners (Startups, Technology, Consultants, Universities) in India & AMEA region & leverage their capabilities to add value to divisions.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the India Operations Center business in Automation Business Area based out in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Managing Customers (internal & external), driving strategic actions with them and their with respective teams and creating marketing material and Demos along with the Technical and communication teams
Engaging with Global Account Managers, Product Managers, Sales Managers in divisions as required, and support to showcase ABB product & service capabilities including INOPC capabilities through experience center demos & internal sales materials as needed along with supporting in lead generation through the process & follow through till opportunity stage
Ensuring follow up action in taken to covert intentions and plans into clearly executable action plan
Supporting Communication team to develop internal & external branding contents, INOPC experience lists, Competency summary etc.
Scanning, Identifying, Developing partnerships with ecosystem partners (Startups, Technology, Consultants, Universities) in India & AMEA region for identified strategic areas / priorities for divisions along with developing INOPC managers with market & customer engagement skills through training, workshops etc.
Qualifications for the role:
Degree in engineering / management discipline.
20 years of Marketing & Sales experience across customer journey with good experience in technology or domain
Deep understanding of stakeholder requirement with strong leadership & change management skills.
Proven track record of managing successful inter- and intracompany cooperation and solid customer relationships.
Experience in working in international environments with different cultures and languages and managing stakeholders of varying management levels.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Ability to travel internationally when required.
Positive and opportunistic, Self-starter and proactive, takes ownership, and establishes good working relationships;
