About the Role
As our Customer Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining NinjaOne's customer education programs within our customer academy. You will work closely with our Director of Professional Services as the primary owner of this project and will collaborate with other internal resources to source content and ensure we're providing the most effective coursework to set our customers and partners up for success. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on a global resource with high visibility, and to be able to watch your efforts add tangible value to the company!
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX or VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option.
What You'll be Doing

  • Work cross-functionally with numerous internal stakeholders such as Training & Enablement, Support, Customer Success, and Product Management to maintain content for customer learning
  • Improve, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning lessons from identified curriculum
  • Administer the customer learning platform
  • Participate in customer learning events and facilitate instructor-led sessions
  • Gather regular and ongoing feedback from customers and colleagues and action accordingly


About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business Administration/Education (or a similar field) preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in a corporate training role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instruction design, adult learning, and e-learning principles, and methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including great attention to detail and confidence communicating with senior-level employees
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Working technical knowledge and adaptable to learning about new technologies
  • Previous experience with RMM software within an internal IT department or an MSP required (NinjaOne experience a definite plus!)
  • Previous experience with an LMS required (WorkRamp experience a plus!)
  • Previous experience with a customer-facing LMS preferred
  • Passion for customer education
  • Able to flourish under limited supervision
  • Comfortable engaging team members at all seniority levels
  • Enjoy taking ownership and watching your efforts make a difference!
  • Collaborative and humble, you enjoy working as part of a team.
