Based from our fantastic site in the heart of Oslo, where we manufacture Freia, we are looking for a key Country Leadership role to sit on our Norweigan Leadership Team. The Customer Director will lead our teams in managing all key accounts across Norway. Jointly with our marketing and category teams you work with defining, creating and delivering our commercial plans across all channels in Norway. You are the owner of our commercial G2M strategies and lead our team to create strong cross functional partnerships with our customers.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
  • Define and execute the strategy for the customers and channels
  • Lead the key account team to achieve great results
  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
  • Support in the creation, definition and deployment of plans to maximise growth with in Norway
  • Be a member of the Norwegian Lead Team, reporting to the Country Lead for Norway.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • In depth experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG
  • High level of in managing, leading and coaching teams including leading managers of others
  • High strategic ability to understand the big picture and turn insights into actions
  • Ability to create & develop long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; excellent understanding of business financials
  • Deep understanding of the Norweigan retail landscape
  • Fluency in Norweigan is required
  • A data driven approach and analytical mindset
  • Educated to degree or equivalent within business or other relevant area of study

We are looking for a Customer Director to join our Sales team and lead our teams of Key Account Managers. Our ideal candidate has an ambition towards results-oriented commercial work and the strategic agility to understand the needs of our business and of your customers and channels. You will own and develop our sales strategy, planning and execution across all of our customers and channels. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers and it is your responsibility that you and your team together deliver the expected company targets. As a manager you will make sure that your team has the right set of tools & capabilities to develop strong customer relationships and to drive business growth. You will work closely with our category planning & field sales functions to ensure the best implementation of our sales strategy across different categories, channels and in-store environments.
