What you will be doing
Our Customer Development Summer trainees will take care of the operational, day-to-day handling of critical matters for customers.
Your main responsible areas will be:
-Ensuring the customers will get support with their questions related to product availability and coordinating matters
-Answering questions related to product information
-Resolving issues related to the pricing process
-Supporting account planners and KAMs (Key Account Managers) in daily tasks related to sales
You will have a chance to develop your skills in various areas of sales and be a part of different projects during the summer. These projects will include different analyses of sales or consumer behaviour, develop data analysis, and draw conclusions for both areas. Besides, you will get to work in an agile operating model, be a part of agile teams and prints while learning the agile ways of working in a global FMCG environment!
What does it take to succeed in the role?
We are looking for a self-driven team player, who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and be ready for new challenges. You have a can do- mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are fluent with both English and Finnish languages. If you have some experience in sales it is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are ready to develop your skills and learn.
