CUSTOMER DEVELOPEMENT REPRESENTATIVE- DUTCH SPEAKING /NETHERLANDS / HYBRID MIN 2-3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE BREDA / €34000-€37000 PLUS COMMISSION
 

About the Team / Role

We are a dynamic new team focused on driving sales for WEX Plus, a leading solution in the mobility payments sector. In this role, you will proactively generate new business opportunities through channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social selling, and networking. You will qualify leads, conduct needs analyses, and deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential customers. Additionally, you'll onboard new clients, ensuring successful adoption of WEX Plus, while managing relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. With a strong emphasis on sales pipeline management and market research, you will work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. What’s on Offer?

  • Highly Competitive salary of €34000 - €37000 (dependent on experience)

  • Commission

  • 40 hour week- Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid working from our Breda office a minimum of 2-3 days per week

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social selling, and networking.  

  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand customers' unique challenges and requirements related to mobility payments; recommending tailored solutions through a consultative approach.

  • Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of WEX Plus and its benefits for businesses.

  • Onboarding: Onboard new customers, providing training and support to ensure the successful adoption of WEX Plus.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.

  • Market Research: Aligned with your growing industry network, stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the mobility payment space.

  • Collaboration: Cross-functionally collaborate effectively with internal and partner teams, including Marketing, Product, Credit, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless customer experience.  

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Support WEX Strategy: Where required, act as a trusted advisor for other work streams within WEX.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience of success in a full sales cycle role, preferably in the Technology or Financial Services industry.  

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is also an advantage.

  • Experience selling B2B solutions, with a focus on SaaS or payment solutions, is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
