To strengthen our Customer Success Team, we are now looking for an ambitious Customer Development Representative working part-time (60-75 %). As a remote-first company, our team works from across Europe, meaning you can work from wherever you feel most comfortable. Ideally, however, you should be based in Italy.
Your Responsibilities
- You are part of a passionate Customer Success Management team that ensures the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio.
- You actively research and identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base.
- You initiate contact with new stakeholders through targeted outreach and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- In consultative discussions, you identify the needs and challenges of stakeholders and continuously improve our outreach tools (e.g., playbooks and best practices).
- You build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and become a reliable advisor for growth opportunities.
- Together with the KAM and CSM teams, you develop growth strategies and share valuable insights from your research.
- You assist in creating tailored proposals that offer real value to our customers.
What You Bring
- Initial experience as a Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- A hands-on and self-reliant approach to work.
- A hunter mindset with the ability to engage and win over new stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, Italian & French.
