Responsible for appointed district to execute RPVA (Relationship, Presence, Visibility, Activation) for the Western Channel portfolio in Luxury, Leading segments within the Modern-On-Trade channel.
Ensures strong outlet relationships, Sell Out sales target achievement, Market intelligence, Competitor information, Outlet status Data collection per Performance measurement check list
Account coverage:
- Fulfill SFDC Sales call planning procedure, primary achieve minimum 8 outlet visit per day with given Weekly sales call planning from Line manager
- Conduct a strong customer relationship with respective channels by fulfill at least 100 outlets’ Data collection in the SFDC and maintain regular update by daily basis.
- Deliver minimum 80% achievement of RPVA with giving coverage outlets.
Sell out Sales target achievement and RTM connection
- Achieve giving Sell out sales target in Volume or Value
- Ensure coverage accounts to purchase goods from Pernod Ricard Vietnam appointed distributors.
- The Sell out target achievement will only be validated via Pernod Ricard Vietnam appointed distributors.
Sales routine and Report completion
- Complete sales basis routine (sales call, sales checklist and all sales report)
- Comply giving deadline, no more than 5 business days delay on per agreed task deadline
- Minimum 5 GMA sighting per month
