Job Purpose

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Support the development and execution of customer strategies and business plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to generate actionable insights.
• Assist in the coordination of promotions and in-store activities with key customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
• Track and report on sales KPIs, performance dashboards, and stock levels.
• Participate in field visits and customer meetings to better understand market dynamics.
• Contribute to forecasting, sales planning, and business development processes.
• Help manage product listings, pricing, and promotional calendars across retail channels.
What you need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–6 months of prior internship or work experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing role is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
