About the company
Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full client relationship after a sale closes, guiding new accounts through rollout and into steady day-to-day use of a software platform. Serve as the main link between customers and engineers, handling setup, user training and the measurement of results.
What you'll do
- Guide new customers through launch with frequent hands-on sessions at the start, then regular check-ins across a book of accounts.
- Act as the single company voice on large customer meetings that include clinical and executive participants.
- Configure connections to customer systems, roll out the platform and teach end users how to work with it.
- Convert customer feedback and problems into precise requirements for engineers and keep following up until they are solved.
- Measure the value each rollout delivers, flag opportunities to grow accounts and help shape repeatable processes as the company takes on larger customers.

- Solid technical grounding, including some SQL, and the ability to speak plainly with engineers.
