At Bupa, our purpose is simple – helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As a Customer Data Exchange Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting this by helping us manage and share customer data safely, accurately and efficiently.
This role sits at the heart of how we connect systems, teams and services to create a seamless customer experience. You’ll work with data flows and integrations that enable us to deliver care and services in a way that is reliable and trusted.
What makes this role unique is the opportunity to work on meaningful data that directly impacts customer outcomes, while being part of an organisation that puts wellbeing at the centre of everything it does. You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to improving how data is exchanged, and help ensure we meet both operational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Data Exchange Analyst, you’ll:
Support the design, monitoring and improvement of customer data exchange processes
Help ensure data is transferred accurately and securely between systems
Investigate and resolve data-related issues, working with both technical and non-technical teams
Monitor data flows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
Assist with data mapping, validation and transformation activities
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Support compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards
Document processes clearly to support consistency and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-focused and enjoys working with data.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience working with data exchange, data integration or data analysis
An understanding of how data moves between systems (for example, via APIs, files or databases)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
Experience identifying and fixing data issues
A basic understanding of data privacy and security principles
It would also be helpful (but not essential) if you have:
Experience working in a regulated environment such as healthcare or financial services
Familiarity with tools used for data analysis or integration
An interest in improving processes and ways of working
