Customer Service
- Create rapport and line of communication with the customer. Our business philosophy is to have personal relationships with our clients while providing outstanding service.
- Provide Customer Service for clients throughout the nation including creating tickets, deploying contractors, following up on resolution, closing tickets and communicating with the client.
- Maintaining ICS data integrity in the ICS business system.
- Troubleshooting of basic issues over the phone for the client including registering phones and resetting passwords.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service and that the problem was resolved.

- Some working IT knowledge — this person will be the first line of customer interaction and will handle basic troubleshooting before looping in a technician
