This role is built for a true hunter—a sales professional who thrives on identifying, creating, and closing net-new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts. You will lead front-end market development and strategic prospecting efforts across dynamic industries including Healthcare, Insurance, Utilities, and Telecom, with an immediate emphasis on Healthcare and P&C Insurance.
In this role, you will engage senior executives, uncover complex business challenges, and originate transformational opportunities that position Broadridge as a trusted partner in modernizing client communications, customer engagement, and operational performance. Your ability to open doors, build executive relationships, and convert strategic pursuits into revenue will be central to Broadridge’s growth strategy.

This is a remote role with travel to client sites, industry conferences, and Broadridge locations as needed. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performance culture that values innovation, accountability, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive net-new business acquisition: Own a hunter-led sales approach focused on identifying, targeting, and winning new strategic enterprise clients and revenue opportunities.
Originate new opportunities: Proactively build and develop a qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting, market outreach, industry engagement, executive networking, and targeted account penetration.
Build C-suite relationships: Establish credibility and trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and business-unit leaders, to uncover needs and position Broadridge’s value.
Lead complex sales cycles: Manage the full enterprise sales process from opportunity creation and qualification through solution development, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close.
Expand strategic market presence: Identify whitespace opportunities within target verticals and convert market insight into actionable business development strategies.
Act as a market-facing leader: Represent Broadridge at conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate awareness, build relationships, and source new opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally to win: Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, marketing, operations, and service teams to shape compelling solutions and differentiated proposals.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline: Drive accurate forecasting, account planning, CRM hygiene, and opportunity tracking to ensure visibility, momentum, and accountability against growth targets.
Deliver revenue results: Consistently achieve and exceed quota through disciplined execution, high activity, and strong conversion across the sales funnel.
What You Bring
10+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development, prospecting, and hunter-style acquisition.
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing net-new logo business and building pipeline in complex, competitive markets.
Proven ability to sell technology-enabled solutions and services to executive-level buyers in large enterprise environments.
Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year sales cycles and negotiating enterprise-level agreements.
A history of meeting or exceeding quota through self-generated opportunities, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling.
Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, frame business value, and align solutions to strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
Strong market curiosity and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify unmet client needs and translate them into actionable sales opportunities.
Excellent executive presence, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales engagement tools.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $140,000.00- $165,000.00 USD.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
