• Serve as a trusted advisor to in cross-functional programs representing the global customer contact center by providing data or process driven insights to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Own coordinating across global customer contact center internally to align program requirements, process alignment and program actions.
• Ensure time-sensitive project or program deliverables are consistently executed or  ensuring clear decision are made.
• Own system testing for global contact center tools/process changes, including test planning, defect triage, and stabilization in partnership with IT.
• Lead compliance and control activities (monitoring, training, auditing, corrective actions) to protect global customer contact center operational readiness and KPI stability.
• Manage communications with key internal stakeholders to align priorities, prevent churn/escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring and capability building across teams/regions through coaching, playbooks, and best-practice transfer.
