Main Responsibilities 

Promotion & Customer Engagement

  • Promote and increase adoption of Sanofi products among hospital-based doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers to support sustainable growth.

  • Drive impactful product discussions aligned with brand strategy and clinical evidence.

Sales & Operations Planning / Brand Strategy Execution

  • Build prescription demand for key brands by delivering strong scientific value at every interaction.

  • Execute sales and operational plans aligned with brand strategy and performance standards.

Business Results & Territory Management

  • Forecast sales and propose commercial strategies using territory-level insights and data.

  • Manage budgets, expenditures, and ROI in alignment with territory priorities (A&P and commercial policies).

  • Drive profitable growth while ensuring stewardship of company resources.

Development & Performance Management

  • Take ownership of personal development to meet future business needs.

  • Work closely with district managers and learning partners to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.

Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with distributor counterparts and third-party agencies to execute daily operations effectively.

  • Monitor performance of external partners and ensure alignment with execution standards.

  • Implement productivity and process improvement initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Insight Generation

  • Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales trends.

  • Identify emerging opportunities and threats, sharing insights with internal teams to guide strategy and response plans.

Stakeholder Partnership & Customer Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute sales plans efficiently.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience through proper targeting, tactical activities, and optimal budget utilization.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen customer advocacy.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, branch managers, and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct regular pharmacy visits to assess stock availability, monitor competitor activities, and support commercial initiatives.

  • Ensure brand listing in hospital formularies.

  • Prepare volume forecasts and lead execution of territory business plans.

  • Identify and develop new business accounts to support market penetration and expansion.

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Health-related, (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry, or other relevant fields).

  • Must base in Cotabato and covering the whole north Cotabato province, including Kidapawan City, Tacurong City, Isulan and Sultan Kudarat

  • Experience 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Preferably with Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) Medical Representative Accreditation.

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
