We require excellent Voice skilled resources for our Customer Care team.
- 25 International quality voice resources who will be equally flexible and comfortable to pick up Calls, Emails and Chats basis the flow
- Shift Timing: North America
The qualification and competencies required for this position will be:
- Experience – 2 years plus
- Competency – Critical Thinking, Analytical mind, Problem solving approach, Matured and Accountable
- Education – Minimum UG (10+2 passed through full time education) and above / full time diploma from accredited Education boards
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)
- Typing speed 20WPM@ 100% accuracy
- They should be willing to work in rotational night shifts (US) & rotational week offs.
- Candidates with an availability of 15 days or less will be preferred
- This will be a work from office model (WFO). There may be a scope of WFH during the training period. Post the training basis the business needs the work model will be decided
- Candidates need to live within our specific transport boundaries in order to avail the door-to-door pickup and drop facility provided by the employer
- We offer attractive monthly incentives slabs based on performance
- Must have : 120 MBPS Download, 10 MBPS Upload Speed Requirement for Wifi to continue Work From Home
Shift Timing: It is a 24/7 process, and we will need someone with flexible working hours and rotational weekly off
Joining date: 16th June 2025
Compensation Bandwidth to be offered: 43k Per Month max + incentives as applicable
Every round will be conducted basis the scores of the previous round and Interview Round includes:
- First Round: HR Screening through Video Conference
- Second Round: Tool based language + aptitude assessment through Video Conference
- Final Round: Business Operations Round through Video Conference
