Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Ability to interact with clients, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, i.e., calmly support a client who arrives in our office while simultaneously communicating on the phone with another.
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Service industry experience highly encouraged.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Greet Collision customers and determine the nature of their visit.
Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.
Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate representative that a client is waiting, finds additional support when certain staff is unavailable.
Maintain customer lobby appearance
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Reliable attendance from 7:50am to 5:00pm, Monday Through Friday.
