Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with Commercial and Projects teams to ensure alignment of engineering support to enable the desired orders growth and increase customer value
- Responsible for the process and execution for project risk assessment prior to contract signature
- Manage the technical aspects of aftermarket proposals including SCADA, turbine control and farm level control upgrades.
- Drive process & standardization around product offerings including simplified product portfolio & strategy for Design to Orders (DTOs) and customer options
- Lead process improvement efforts related to GE Vernova’s risk assessment and due diligence
- Provide energy assessments and optimize product offerings considering factors such as suitability, environmental conditions, economics, and technical risk
- Provide support for responses to all customer technical inquiries and communications, as well as review of customer specifications and site data. This includes interface with Platform Teams to facilitate implementation of new WTG offerings & features in the after-market
- Engage with Platform and product line leader to ensure product requirement deliverables are identified & met where practicable
- Communicate contract and project requirements to all design functions, utilizing internal documentation systems
- Contribute to and approve customer facing technical documents
- Foster metrics to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize resource consumption
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years engineering and technology experience, including strong demonstration of technical skills and project leadership.
- Fluent in English
- Ability and availability to travel 10% of the year

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
