- Research key GI, anesthesia, and healthcare IT conferences relevant to clinical innovation and workflow optimization
- Identify and track abstract submission deadlines, requirements, and thematic priorities
- Help build and maintain a conference abstract tracker, including deadlines, target audiences, and submission status
- Support coordination of clinician authored abstracts, posters, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with early stage abstract ideation, outline development, and alignment to available data or case studies
Market & Competitive Research
- Conduct market research on trends in GI education, fellowship training, AI adoption, and clinical documentation innovation
- Monitor competitor approaches to engaging Fellows and Residents in research and innovation
- Summarize research findings into concise insights to inform engagement and thought leadership strategies
Customer Appreciation & Account Value Recognition
- Support the development of a customer appreciation framework grounded in account longevity, product adoption, and sustained use of Provation solutions
- Help define appreciation moments that recognize long standing customer relationships, milestone anniversaries, and years of continued partnership
- Assist in identifying and tracking account level usage indicators (e.g., years live, breadth of modules used, procedure volume, expansion over time) to inform when and how appreciation should occur
- Support recognition of accounts that demonstrate deep and consistent product utilization, operational reliance, and long-term commitment—not just episodic engagement
- Help align appreciation efforts to key lifecycle moments such as go live anniversaries, major upgrades, migrations, renewals, or meaningful expansion of product usage
