Role:

We are seeking a Customer Analytics & Leads Manager reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights. Based in our Baar, Switzerland corporate office, you will drive segmentation and data-led lead generation across the business. This role leverages analytics and data modeling to identify opportunities, support targeted engagement, and improve acquisition performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage CRM data, assess conversion performance, and apply predictive insights, while integrating external data sources to enhance customer intelligence and support global growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Commercial teams to design and implement customer segmentation, profiling, and journey mapping frameworks to enhance understanding of guest behaviours and preferences 
  • Analyze guest journeys, repeat visitation, and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for loyalty and personalization 
  • Develop models for value, retention, churn prediction and behavioural clustering.  Provide insights that inform segmentation and tagging for our downstream platforms, content personalization, and service enhancements 
  • Design and lead Aman’s data-driven lead generation and scoring strategy
  • Identify prospect segments through data modeling, clustering and behavioural analysis 
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion performance 
  • Oversee enrichment of internal CRM data with external data sources, ensuring data is supportive of the brand’s mission
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaign efforts with goals 
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks for lead generation and conversion performance 
  • Lead and mentor analysts supporting lead analytics, ensuring analytical accuracy, storytelling quality, and alignment with departmental standards 
  • Drive adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across the Sales organization
  • Stay informed on best practices in lead analytics, CRM optimization, and real estate data intelligence 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree preferred  
  • 8-10 years of experience in lead generation analytics, CRM performance, or customer analytics ideally within luxury real estate, hospitality, or private client sectors 
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead scoring models 
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, retention analysis, and LTV modeling 
  • Experience sourcing, integrating, and enriching internal datasets with external data sources (e.g., Knight Frank, Wealth-X, Savills, demographic or investment datasets) 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with predictive modeling (Python, R) a plus 
  • Proven experience in pipeline analysis, conversion funnel reporting, and sales performance tracking 
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly across Sales and Marketing functions
