About CoVet

CoVet is an AI-powered clinical co-pilot built by veterinary professionals, for veterinary professionals. We help veterinary teams reduce administrative burden, communicate more clearly, and spend more time on patient care. As we scale across markets, paid media remains a critical driver of growth, brand visibility, and category leadership.

About the role

We are hiring a Customer Acquisition Manager to help lead the next phase of CoVet’s paid media growth. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who understands both performance and brand, and who can build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across display, video, and broader media channels while working closely with creative, design, and leadership.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, brand development, and creative strategy. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that support both direct-response performance and broader brand-building goals. You will help evaluate where CoVet should expand its paid media footprint, develop testing frameworks, guide creative development, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is analytically strong, creatively engaged, and experienced enough to operate across different stages of company growth. The ideal candidate has seen both startup pace and agency rigor, and understands how to make good media decisions in an environment where efficiency, speed, and quality all matter.

What you'll do

  • You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of display, video, and other paid media campaigns that support both acquisition and brand goals.
  • You will help assess and recommend channel expansion opportunities based on audience fit, campaign goals, market maturity, and expected return.
  • You will build testing frameworks for creative, audience, messaging, and placement strategy, and use those learnings to improve performance over time.
  • You will work closely with the design team and leadership to guide the development of new creative assets across static, video, and campaign-based formats.
  • You will contribute to the development of brand campaigns in partnership with the Head of Marketing, while also maintaining a strong focus on performance efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • You will support multi-market execution, adapting campaigns where needed for different stages of growth, audience maturity, and regional priorities.
  • You will bring structure and clarity to campaign reporting, helping the company understand what is working, where creative is landing, and where media investment should be increased, refined, or paused.
  • You will help ensure that paid media operations are scalable, resilient, and not overly dependent on any one individual.
Cross-functional collaboration

This role will work closely with:

  • Head of Marketing: on media strategy, campaign planning, brand development, budget allocation, and testing priorities
  • Design and Creative: on creative briefs, asset development, messaging iterations, and campaign direction
  • Performance marketing teammates: to align paid media strategy across search, paid social, and upper-funnel efforts
  • Content and brand teams: to ensure message consistency and support campaign storytelling
  • Sales and broader commercial teams: where campaign insights can support market understanding and positioning
  • Analytics functions: to improve attribution, reporting, and decision-making across channels
What success looks like

Success in this role means helping CoVet scale paid media with more sophistication and more creative range. It means improving the company’s ability to run high-quality brand and performance campaigns at the same time, expanding media capability without sacrificing efficiency, and bringing stronger structure to experimentation and optimization.

It also means helping the business reduce single-thread risk by adding real depth to paid media execution and campaign development.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • strong hands-on experience in paid media across display, video, and performance-oriented campaigns
  • a balanced understanding of brand building and direct-response marketing
  • experience managing meaningful ad budgets across businesses at different stages of growth, from startup environments to more scaled programs
  • a strong testing mindset and the ability to translate data into clear action
  • experience working closely with designers or creative teams to shape campaign assets
  • comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and campaign needs shift quickly
  • strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
Preferred background
  • experience at both a startup and an agency, or in similarly varied environments
  • experience working on creative-led campaigns alongside design or creative leadership
  • exposure to multi-market or international campaign management
  • familiarity with B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare, or another category where education and trust matter
  • multilingual capability as a bonus
Why this role matters

As competition increases and CoVet continues to grow across markets, we need stronger paid media depth to support both efficient acquisition and broader brand visibility. This role helps ensure we can expand our media program thoughtfully, improve campaign sophistication, and build a stronger foundation for future growth.
